Refund Policy

The simple rule: if Blockwright did not work out for you, you get your money back.
1. Window
You can request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase, no justification needed. This covers — and extends — the statutory withdrawal periods of consumer law in Brazil and the EU.
2. How to ask
Write to the support email listed in the site footer from the address used at purchase (or include the email on your Stripe receipt). The refund is issued by Stripe to the original payment method and usually appears within 5–10 business days.
3. What happens to the key
Once refunded, the corresponding license key is revoked and ceases to be valid. Using a refunded key violates the Terms of Purchase & License Agreement.
