Terms of Purchase & License Agreement

Last updated: August 17, 2026

These terms govern the purchase and use of Blockwright, a desktop application developed and sold by Matheus Sartori ("we"). By purchasing a license or using the app you agree to them.

1. The product

Blockwright is proprietary software for viewing, editing and generating Minecraft structures. A purchase grants a license to use it — the software itself is not sold, and all rights to it remain with the author.

2. The license

The license is lifetime, personal and non-transferable. It lets you install and use Blockwright on the machines you personally use, on macOS, Windows and Linux, and includes all future updates of the app.

You may not share, publish, resell or distribute the license key, nor reverse-engineer, modify or redistribute the software.

3. Delivery and safekeeping of the key

The license key is delivered exclusively by email, to the address provided at checkout, right after Stripe confirms the payment.

That email is the only record of your key. We keep no customer database and no recoverable copy of issued keys, and we take no responsibility for lost keys. Save the email and note the key somewhere safe.

4. Payment

Payment is a one-time charge processed by Stripe, which collects and handles your payment data. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your region.

5. Refunds and revocation

Refunds follow the Refund Policy published on this site. In case of a refund, chargeback or fraudulent purchase, the corresponding license key is revoked and ceases to be valid.

6. AI generation and third-party services

AI generation features use your own Claude or Codex subscription and are subject to those providers’ terms. Blockwright does not resell access to AI models and does not guarantee availability or results of generations.

7. Warranties and limitation of liability

Blockwright is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, data loss or lost profits arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms removes rights granted to you by applicable consumer-protection law.

Practical note: the app works on copies and makes automatic backups when editing worlds, but keep your own backups of important saves and structures.

8. Minecraft and Mojang

Blockwright is not affiliated with Mojang or Microsoft. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Synergies AB. The app ships no game assets — textures come from a content pack extracted from your own installation.

9. Changes and contact

These terms may be updated; the current version is always the one published on this page. Questions: reach us at the support email listed in the site footer.
